What makes Thomas H. Dudley Elementary School Outstanding?
Thomas H. Dudley Family School, a bilingual school, serves pre-kindergarten through 8th grade students, residing in East Camden. Dudley prides itself on their mission of preparing students with academic skills and character traits needed to succeed in high school, college, and excel as future leaders of their community and our nation. Dudley, under the leadership of Principal Gloria Martinez-Vega, holds a strong school culture of valued school members, safety for everyone, and college & career preparation. This culture drives Dudley’s goal of creating future leaders that will build a better foundation in Camden. Teachers are able to utilize school-wide systems, individual techniques, and teacher-family relationships to promote positive behavior and to guide students toward achieving their academic goals.

This is TutorMate’s 1st year at Dudley, bringing a commitment from caring adults and literacy-based tutoring to 1st grade students, further aiding Dudley’s mission to prepare students with academic skills. Ms. Luppino, 2018 TutorMate Teacher of the Year in Camden and Ms. Abram are our TutorMate teachers at Dudley. Supported by their administration and the great tutors from Macquarie, Ms. Luppino’s and Ms. Abram’s students are receiving weekly literacy-based tutoring through our remote tutoring program.
